Badgworthy Water runs through the Doone Valley in Somerset, one of Exmoor's most beautiful river valleys made famous as the backdrop to R.D. Blackmore's tale of murder and romance - Lorna Doone.
'The Priory Church of St George' in Dunster, Somerset, is believed to date back to the 11th century. It was erected on the present day site by William de Mohun, although only the West door and North wall survive, with the majority of the present day building dating from the 15th century.
